Samsung incorporates Intelligent Scan technology or intelligent recognition to its new flagship ‘smartphone’ on Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 +, which consists of the combination of iris scanner and unlocking by facial recognition.
According to the information provided by XDAdevelopers, the company will incorporate Intelligent Scan technology in the new ‘smartphone’, a combination of iris scanner and face release to obtain a more accurate reading and greater security even in low light or very bright conditions.
Samsung’s goal according to the latest leaks would be to combine the strengths of both technologies to make the Intelligent Scan system more effective. The feature will probably be released in the Galaxy S9, according to the cited portal, since mentions have been found in the beta of Android Oreo for Galaxy Note 8.
Samsung Galaxy S9 will also present a fingerprint reader on its back, located under the camera. It will also have a 5.6-inches AMOLED Quad HD + screen, simple camera on its front and back, while the S9 + model will have a dual rear system. It will arrive with an iris recognition system, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
In order to confirm the characteristics of Samsung’s new smartphone, it will be necessary to wait until February 25, the official date for the presentation of the Galaxy S9, one day before the start of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona.
